Email and Newsletter Communications
Members may receive communications related to their membership and Atwater Women’s Club activities. Individuals who sign up for our newsletter are added to our Newsletter contact list and receive club newsletters. Newsletter subscribers who are not members are not added to our general membership email list or used for other club email communications. You may ask to be removed from the newsletter list at any time by contacting us at clubhouse.awc@gmail.com.
Membership Directory and Photo Preferences
Members may choose which contact information, if any, is included in the annual membership directory and may choose to be excluded from the directory entirely. Members may update their directory preferences by notifying the Club Secretary.
Members may also choose not to consent to the use of photographs of themselves on the Atwater Women’s Club website or social media accounts.
Sharing of Information
Atwater Women’s Club does not sell personal information.
Personal information may be accessed by authorized club officers or others who need the information to carry out legitimate club responsibilities.
