The mission of the Atwater Women’s Club is to advance the social, civic, and philanthropic interests of both our members and the greater Atwater community.

One of the Atwater Women’s Club’s most treasured responsibilities is the preservation and stewardship of our historic Clubhouse—a beloved community landmark that has served as a gathering place for nearly a century. We are proud to celebrate the Clubhouse’s 100th anniversary in 2026, marking a century of service, fellowship, and community involvement.

Throughout the year, our members actively participate in a variety of meaningful programs and charitable initiatives that support and enrich the Atwater community. These efforts include providing scholarships to graduating seniors from Atwater High School and Buhach Colony High School, donating Christmas gifts to local children through Toys for Tots, supporting the Kings View Work Experience Center, contributing to Rose Julia Tranquility Village, and organizing an annual Thanksgiving canned food drive.

From August through May, we host monthly luncheon meetings where members gather to foster friendships, exchange ideas, and plan upcoming projects and events. In addition, we sponsor a variety of social and community-focused activities throughout the year, celebrating the values of service, friendship, and generosity that have long been the foundation of the Atwater Women’s Club.
